My background is in tech sales and startup strategy, but my passion has always been helping other women build something powerful. I started Parame to fill a gap I kept seeing — incredibly talented beauty providers with big visions, but no systems or business support to back them.

I’ve never picked up a needle or a brush, but I know how to scale a brand, streamline a business, and build the kind of foundation that actually lasts. That’s what Parame is all about: giving beauty professionals the tools, clarity, and confidence to grow — with someone in their corner who gets it.
